Responsibilities:
Act as a key connection with business stakeholders, super users, architects, and developers.
Gather and document business requirements for your assigned sub-domain.
Contribute to functional specifications and process modelling (“as-is”, “to-be”).
Coordinate testing activities (integration and UAT), track defects, and validate fixes.
Support master data processes and change management activities.
Oversee development requests and smaller projects in an agile method.
Monitor market trends and share best practices within the team.
Requirements:
University degree (IT, engineering, or economics).
1–3 years of relevant IT business analyst experience, preferably in a multinational environmentStrong communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English.
Structured mindset, independence, stakeholder management skills, and strong time management.
Fast learner with solid analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Advantage: SAP, SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce), test management tools.
