Develop and implement internal communication strategies and action plans for business and functional units in cooperation with partner organizations, ensuring alignment with MOL Group’s overall communication objectives.
Manage internal communication projects and campaigns from concept to execution, including planning, coordination, delivery and post-evaluation, while meeting quality, budget and timeline expectations.
Create high-quality written communication materials (copywriting, presentations and other content) for internal use, and adapts selected messages for external communication when required.
Produce and tailor content for different internal target groups (office and blue-collar employees), and deliver it through appropriate internal communication channels (e.g. internal news portal, social media platforms such as LinkedIn).
Contribute to the development of MOL Group’s communication strategy and key messages, with a strong focus on internal communication needs and priorities.
Monitor internal and external communication best practices, identify opportunities for synergies and innovation, and implement new tools and methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of communication activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration .
3-5 years of experience in relevant communications role.
Exceptional writing skills.
Understanding of internal and external customer thinking and needs.
Fluent Hungarian & English knowledge.
