**API & Chemicals Procurement Team Lead

Your tasks

Lead procurement activities for specified categories under the responsibility of the assigned groups
Conduct supplier market analysis, benchmark pricing, and negotiate contracts with global and local suppliers
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost.
Manage supplier risk, including compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to align procurement decisions with product lifecycle, compliance, and production needs
Set clear objectives, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Manage budget forecasts and procurement KPIs, including cost reduction, on-time delivery, and supplier quality performance

What we are looking for

Master’s degree, preferred in economics or engineering
7+ years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership
Deep experience in sourcing API, excipients, chemicals, packaging, medical devices and finished pharmaceutical products
Proven knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ISO and ICH guidelines
Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools
Fluent English knowledge
