As our Group M&S Finance Business Partnering Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening how MOL’s functional areas plan, steer, and improve their operations.
You will
Be the key finance partner:
Drive high‑quality decision support for the Management & Services segment.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across MOL Group.
Lead and energize the team:
Manage a team of Finance Business Partners, ensuring clarity, engagement, and long‑term stability.
- Boost team morale and strengthen a culture of ownership and growth.
Run the fundamentals — reliably:
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of core planning and controlling outputs.
- Sustain the ‘license to operate’ by reliably delivering core outputs, while also supporting the creation of impactful case studies and financial insights for the respective areas.
Shape the future of controlling:
While ensuring reliable and accurate core reporting processes, you will also help the team broaden its role by developing deeper analytical insights that support better decision-making and cost optimization
Lead cost benchmarking, service‑model improvements, and efficiency analysis.
- Contribute to the evolution of planning methodologies and reporting standards.
Drive improvements and change:
Lead Group-level finance initiatives affecting systems, policies, and methodologies.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of best practices in service management..
Support the design of efficient, automated processes across functional organizations.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who can influence, inspire, and deliver:
- University/college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience working in complex, matrix organizations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A leadership mindset centered on team development, engagement, and empowerment.
- Solid controlling knowledge, including planning, forecasting, and reporting methodologies..
- Ability to juggle operational discipline with strategic thinking.
- Fluent English and Hungarian are required.
Bonus points:
- Project management experience in finance transformation or service-model evolution.
