Location: Budapest, MOL Campus
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Expert who will own and develop the data, reporting and analytics ecosystem supporting MOL Group’s fuel card business. In this role, you will contribute directly to pricing decisions, profitability analysis and data‑driven business insights across several markets.
What will you do?
  • Maintain and develop the Group Card reporting and analytics system
  • Build automated, group‑level reporting tools and contribute to data model development
  • Support sales and pricing with market‑specific reports and analyses
  • Provide analytical input for daily/weekly/monthly pricing decisions
  • Deliver data and analyses for annual and mid‑term planning
  • Create and maintain sales KPI reporting tools
  • Monitor customer profitability and contract fulfilment
  • Keep analytics‑related processes and documentation up to date
Who are we looking for?
  • University degree
  • 5–10 years of experience in reporting, analytics, pricing or related fields
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI
  • Experience with Azure, Salesforce and SAP
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data modelling
  • Result‑oriented, analytical mindset with strong teamwork and coordination skills
