Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, from requirement intake to onboarding handover
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and talent mapping
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support rapid business growth
- Coordinate complex interview processes, including multi-country and multi-time-zone scheduling
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Conduct screening interviews and provide hiring managers with professional hiring recommendations
- Manage recruitment data, reports, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support employer branding activities, recruitment events, and job fairs
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding and recruitment-related projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment
- Proven track record of delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Well-organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Hungarian; Mandarin is a strong plus
