Financial Specialist-Cash Flow

Job Description
  • Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures related to cash flow.
  • Be responsible for implementing, promoting, and supervising the company's cash flow-related financial management systems and processes to ensure closed-loop financial operations.
  • Manage business unit cash flow, including accounts receivable and subsidy-related accounting processing, reconciliation, and analysis. Provide timely risk warnings and promote improvement actions.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting for the business unit and follow up on variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to represent and supervise the output of cash flow-related financial reports and risk management across various countries.
  • Propose improvement recommendations to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of work experience in finance roles.
  • Proficiency in English as working languages, Chinese is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheet creation and financial functions).
  • Demonstrated outstanding work experience in one or more of the following areas, such as cash flow & accounts receivable, asset & investment management, budget system development, expense control.
  • Experience in automotive companies is preferred.
  • Ability to withstand strong work pressure, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, skilled in analyzing large datasets.
