About the Internship
We’re looking for an IT Operations Expert Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our key digital services, including Loyalty and Data Lake. You’ll work closely with experienced IT operations professionals, product owners, and project managers to ensure service quality, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operations.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management (ITSM), learn how complex systems are operated in a multinational environment, and build your skills in tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
Main Tasks
Support junior, medior, and senior IT Operations Experts in managing Digital Factory services
Assist in resolving IT issues according to MOL DF ITSM processes and standards
Manage and dispatch incident tickets using the ITSM tool, and follow up on resolution
Help communicate service status and updates to business stakeholders
Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT Operations Knowledge Base
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and report risks or deviations
Analyze incident trends and report recurring issues to senior team members

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ITIL, Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn
