Senior HR mobility specialist

**Senior HR mobility specialist
Responsibilities
In this role the colleague will be member of the Total Reward and HR Administration team, and is responsible for managing global and domestic mobility programs, ensuring smooth employee relocations and compliance with legal and corporate standards. This role oversees end-to-end assignment processes, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and drives an exceptional employee experience.
  • Developing and adapting global mobility strategy, policy and processes
  • Managing a small team handling variety of complex situations arising from mobility, relocation, immigration, expatriates
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration requirements
  • Guidance of managers, recruiters, HRBP's in mobility issues
  • Coordinating mobility vendor (tax, immigration, consulting, etc.) tenders
  • Coordinating projects with external vendors and internal teams; vendor and stakeholder management
  • Cost analysis and budgeting: preparing cost projections, monitoring and controling mobility-related expenses
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for audits and reporting
  • Tracking mobility metrics and preparing regular reports for leadership
  • Participating in Compensation & Benefit projects, tasks
  • Good collaboration with HRBP's, Talent Acquisition, HR Admin, Legal, Payroll, Tax and external vendors
Requirements
  • 5 years global mobility background
  • International HR business partner and Compensation experience
  • Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes, policies and methodologies
  • Completed University/College studies
  • Good written and spoken English (Hungarian is an advantage)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Independent, result oriented working style
  • Precise, reliable attitude
  • Strong cooperation and strong customer orientation skill
  • Good computer (MS Office) skills
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Ability to improve processes and to identify potential problems and issues easily
  • You don't need to be a tax expert or lawyer, but need to coordinate projects with external mobility vendors and consulting companies
A plus in your CV
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Employee Central
