As Procurement Project Manager, you will work closely with the IT Project Manager and the external implementation partner’s Project Manager. Together, you will be responsible for delivering the full functional and technical scope of the P2P project—on time, within budget, and at the highest professional standard.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
  • Oversee design, testing, and training activities, ensuring seamless integration across project streams.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and embedding best practices.
What we expect
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in procurement or digital transformation projects, with proven delivery in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Buying/Sourcing/Contracts) and SAP MM/ERP fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams of 30–50 members.
  • Experience working in a multi-company or group-level environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
What we offer
  • Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation program shaping the future of MOL Procurement.
  • A collaborative, innovative multinational environment with top professionals.
  • Participation in one of the most comprehensive SAP Ariba implementations in the region.
  • A dynamic team with extensive implementation experience.
  • Competitive salary and attractive benefits package
  • Flexible cafeteria system with multiple options (e.g., SZÉP card, AYCM card, MOL LIMO usage)
  • Company notebook and iPhone with unlimited mobile internet
  • Life and health insurance, including a comprehensive medical care package
  • A competent, diverse, and highly motivated team
  • Professional training opportunities and career development within the MOL Group
  • Free health programs and participation in company events
