End-User Support Service in Hungary is looking for a Medior End-User Support Engineer to support the office in Debrecen on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Debrecen office
- Ensure equipment, documents, and processes are in place
- Support people on IT-related issues
- Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of assets in the most cost-effective manner
- Participate in the development of End-User Support Service
Requirements
- Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, networking
- Novice/Intermediate skills in troubleshooting OS, hardware, network
- Understanding of basic principles of asset management, ITIL (or any other ITSM tool)
