End-User Support Service in Hungary is looking for a Medior End-User Support Engineer to support the office in Debrecen on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Debrecen office
Ensure equipment, documents, and processes are in place
Support people on IT-related issues
Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of assets in the most cost-effective manner
Participate in the development of End-User Support Service
Requirements
Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, networking
Novice/Intermediate skills in troubleshooting OS, hardware, network
Understanding of basic principles of asset management, ITIL (or any other ITSM tool)
