MOL Group’s Mobility team is looking for a Group Mobility Intern to support strategic initiatives at the intersection of energy, transportation, and technology.
As part of the Group Mobility team, you will:
Contribute to the implementation and evolution of MOL Group’s Mobility Strategy, covering areas such as EV-charging, alternative fuels, fleet solutions, car sharing, and future mobility concepts
Support selected strategic projects from idea to execution, helping turn strategy into action
Develop analyses and business cases, including operational performance, financial viability, and market assessments
Prepare high-quality presentations and decision materials for senior management and internal stakeholders
Conduct targeted research and synthesize insights to support strategic decisions across multiple countries
The perfect candidate:
Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and enjoys working with data, numbers, and structured problem-solving
Communicates ideas clearly and convincingly, both in writing and verbally, and values well-structured slides and sharp messaging
Is confident in using PowerPoint and Excel (or highly motivated to become excellent at them)
Has a genuine interest in the future of mobility, including:
Electric and alternative-fuel vehicles
Shared mobility and fleet solutions
Urban mobility and emerging mobility services
Autonomous and data-driven mobility
Speaks fluent English and Hungarian
