**Accounts Payable Accountant

Scope of the position

Incoming (vendor) invoice processing, workflow monitoring and actions, vendor account monitoring and reconciliation, other accounts payable related tasks such as but not limited to: process documentation.

**As part of our AP team, you will:

Manage vendor invoices in line with current regulatory requirements.
Monitor workflows and take action to resolve open items promptly.
Reconcile vendor accounts, including posting advance invoices, compensations, and assigned payments.
Support month-end closing activities, such as GR/IR account reconciliation, accrual calculations, and other tasks according to the closing plan.
Document and improve processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and driving efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects, helping us innovate and optimize our operations.

What Makes You Successful

Completed secondary education.
0–3 years of experience, ideally in accounting or accounts payable.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong computer skills and a customer-focused mindset.
