We’re looking for a Lead SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, configure, and optimize finance solutions that deliver value for our clients. Responsibilities

Manage process and functional design activities
Assist in defining requirements and designing applications
Create functional requirements for application design
Develop and test detailed functional designs for solutions
Drive test planning and execution
Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with clients
Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Support client engagements and relationship management
Contribute to finance team and SAP practice strategy

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP FICO
Experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations
Knowledge of finance integration with upstream modules
Expertise in financial accounting components
Strong client-facing consulting capability
Excellent communication skills
Desire to contribute to finance transformation
Flexibility to travel as needed
English proficiency level of B2+ or higher
