Participating in the execution of MOL Group business, functional areas and IT strategy.
According to the expectations (SLA) operating the hardware and software side components of communication infrastructure systems.
Participating in the operational processes, following-up the equipment lifecycle, consolidation, and the implementation of new versions or systems.
Supporting professional control of IT operational changes, such as configuration management, etc.,
Receiving and handling with incidents, requests, problems and providing solution within a defined time frame (SLA, OLA).
Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure HA environment.
Responsible for keeping the information security rules.
Participate in shifts (morning and afternoon) and on-call duties (out of working hours) with other colleagues to ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness.

Expectations:

At least Bsc. degree on university (technical, IT, telecommunications)
English – intermediate
Communicativeness, ability to find and solve problems, teamwork, ability to make decisions, analytical thinking
2+ years of progressive experience in networking, enterprise routing and L3-7 switching on OSI layer.
2+ years in enterprise network operations
CCNA certification or equivalent professional knowledge
Willingness to work on shifts

Advantages:

Interest in Software Defined architectures, like Cisco ACI, SD-Access, SD-WAN technologies
Interest in Cisco WIFI, and network security
Interest in ITIL knowledge
Driving license gr. B
