EPAM is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter for our Budapest office. In this role, you will help building and maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates and provide essential administrative and coordination support, serving as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
  • Screen and submit CVs
  • Deal with third-party recruitment agencies
  • Keep contact with project teams
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling
  • Administrate Applicants Tracking System (maintenance of the candidate pipelines)
  • Work with Excel Reports in order to keep candidates tracking
  • Daily, close cooperation with Recruiters, Technical Interviewers, Team Leads, Managers
  • Source IT professionals in different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, internal DB, etc.)
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Participate in improvement projects
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties within the recruitment process
Requirements
  • Experience in working as a Junior Recruiter or Researcher within the IT industry
  • Experience in conducting interviews would be a plus
  • Working experience in RPO (Recruitment Processing Outsourcing) would be a huge advantage
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Working experience in scheduling various meetings and managing stakeholders’ calendars
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
  • Strong attention to details and mindset for continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage time, priorities and projects
  • University degree preferable
