Plan, organize and carry out audits, be the audit leader on audit fieldwork
Understand and analyse the business areas, being able to identify the root causes of issues and to define suitable potential solutions, providing constructive feedback
Identification of risks and areas for improvement and exchange of best practices and knowledge about the business policies and regulations
Provide management with an opinion on the internal controls in the audited companies, make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation
Exchange of experience and collaboration within the Group-wide Corporate Audit team
Maintenance of the highest quality standards
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Audit Hungary

Expectations

Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits
Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
Ability to work unsupervised
Willingness to travel
Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
5 years progressively responsible experience in performance auditing in one or more in the field of Financial/Operational Auditing or Internal Auditing
3 years of experience planning and leading audits
Ability to communicate in Hungarian and English clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, Croatian preferred
Internal Audit certification, as a plus
Driving licence

Gross monthly salary: 992.000 – 1.320.000 HUF (final offer will depend on the selected candidate’s professional experience, educational background and language skills)
