**Financial Process Senior Expert

📍 Work location: MOL Campus, Budapest (hybrid)

**Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing the financial operations of designated MOL Group companies.
Providing professional support to local finance teams, improving processes, and increasing efficiency.
Implementing Group-level policies and best practices, ensuring compliance.
Supporting change management and implementing new processes and policies.
Defining and monitoring KPIs, initiating performance improvement actions.
Aligning and educating stakeholders (business leaders, customers, management) on the benefits of standardized financial processes.

What We’re Looking For:

University degree in Economics or Finance.
5–10 years of experience in finance; stakeholder management experience required, people management is an advantage.
Advanced English language skills; knowledge of Polish, Romanian, or Slovenian is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Willingness to travel.
Strong competencies: strategic thinking, attention to detail, agility, integrity, process-oriented mindset.
