About the Internship
We’re looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our Group Data Analytics team. You’ll help maintain and improve analytics solutions across MOL Group countries, support the rollout of tools, and contribute to new features that drive business value.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and software development, learn how advanced analytics solutions are deployed in a multinational environment, and build your skills in tools like Python, Databricks, and Jira.
Main Tasks
Deploy existing analytics tools in MOL Group countries and onboard local stakeholders.
Assist in developing reporting solutions and analytics tools addressing key business needs.
Perform data analyses and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
Refactor existing code and implement improvements for maintainability and performance.
Write unit tests to ensure solution reliability and quality.
Maintain technical documentation for analytics solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to turn data into impact.

Familiarity with Python (Apache Spark is a plus).
Familiarity with clean code principles, version control basics, and testing foundations
Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions & data platforms (ADLS, Databricks)
Experience with working with task management tool (e.g., Jira or similar tool)
Interest in data analytics and software development principles.
Curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
