We are seeking an Associate Manager, People Partner to join our dynamic team, bringing expertise and strategic capability to drive employee engagement and organizational success. This role is focused on fostering strong partnerships across diverse business areas to support company growth and ensure a positive employee experience throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Foster a diverse, inspiring environment for employee growth and contribution along strategic business priorities
- Build strong cooperation between business functions, engineering, and different management lines to enable company goal achievements and improve employee engagement in the meanwhile
- Deliver high-quality People services to further improve employee experiences and to reduce risks in people management throughout the whole employee life-cycle
- Lead and improve People processes (like feedback, performance management, promotion, adaptation, exit, etc.) and introduce new ones as seems fit with strategic bsuiness priorities
- Advise and support on regional and global People and people-management programs
- Coach managers on people management skills, leadership and team management
- Drive engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and facilitate/lead action plans and follow-up initiatives
- Provide un-biased individualized consultancy to employees (ombudsman, career advice, conflict resolution support, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with People Operations, Finance & Accounting, Learning and Development, Campus, Marketing, Facility Management, Legal, and Compliance
- Develop and facilitate people and organizational development solutions with line managers
- Prepare reports and analyses on people management processes and forecasting
- Maintain statistics to monitor People program effectiveness
- Alert senior management to people risks and propose solutions based on evidences collected and best practices
- Develop People specialists and self as well
- Handle other people management tasks as needed by business priorities and agreements
Requirements
- At least 8 years relevant general practice in the field of Human Resource Management / People Management
- Proofed understanding and field use of HR administrative and people management related responsibilities and processes
- At least 5 years relevant practice in HR Business Partnering
- Fluent English with skills to communicate clearly and concisely. Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-assertiveness
- Ability to work effectively in team and individually also
- Skill to plan work in order to meet the estimated deadlines
- Expert specialist knowledge – deep understanding of the People Management domain areas
- Confirmed abilities to learn quickly, and to systematize, retain, and re-apply business and people management knowledge with keen interest to keep it up to date
Nice to have
- Specialized B.sc. or M.sc in HR and/or Behavioral Sciences, or in Business/Economics, or Psychology
