This role involves supporting process mining efforts across our (DS) with governance and coordination, as well as laying the foundations of DS Data governance initiatives and supporting them during implementation. The Program Manager ensures that data management practices align with organizational goals and facilitates the integration of solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Collecting data and AI demands from the organization and launching initiatives for their future implementation
Coordinating data- and AI-related projects to meet organizational needs and enhance data-driven decision-making
Providing governance and coordination for process mining initiatives across DS
Ensuring that process mining activities are aligned with organizational objectives and contributing to operational improvements
Developing and supporting the implementation of data governance frameworks and policies
Ensuring that data governance practices are integrated into the organization's operations and supporting compliance with relevant regulations
Supervising and assisting the rollout of data governance initiatives by providing guidance and support
Monitoring the progress of implementation efforts and addressing any challenges that arise to ensure successful adoption
Supporting cross-organizational change management efforts

Requirements from our side:

University degree in business/management/engineering/IT
7+ yrs experience in similar area or within the organization
General understanding of Oil& Gas processes and technologies
Experience in stakeholder management, forward planning and decision-making
Leadership mindset: excellent interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills
Results orientation and problem solving attitude within strategic thinking
Innovative mindset and ability to find out of the box solutions
General literacy in Digital technologies
Data analyst skillset
Professional Microsoft Office knowledge
Advanced IT skills
Advanced English (both written and verbal)
