About the Role
As a Lead Salesforce Architect you’ll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to design complex, integrated solutions across Salesforce multi-cloud environments. You’ll translate business needs into technical architectures, ensure compliance with governance standards, and guide development teams through implementation.
This is a senior role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce architectures across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud
- Translate complex business requirements into enterprise-level technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Define technology roadmaps and make strategic decisions on scalability, performance, and security
- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting architectural strategies to stakeholders and leadership
- Guide development teams through implementation phases and mentor junior architects
- Drive integration strategies using MuleSoft and API-led connectivity
- Stay ahead of Salesforce Customer 360 advancements and recommend enhancements
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring architectural integrity and timely delivery
About Your Experience and Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
Experience
- 7–10+ years in enterprise CRM architecture roles, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce multi-cloud solutions
- Proven success designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce ecosystems integrated with external systems
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, data modeling, and security frameworks
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, API integration, and enterprise connectivity strategies
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms and integration patterns
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
- Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
