What does a MOVE ON Trainee - Corporate Communications do ?

The MOVE ON Trainee - Corporate Communications will support the Corporate Communications team in developing and enhancing the company’s image and reputation in the market and will be responsible for supporting the execution of PENNY Hungary’s communication’s plan for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Support executing annual communications plan and communication activities
Align and work closely with functional departments in implementing communication topics including social media platforms, website, intranet, PENNY FM, PENNY apps, PENNY Newsletter
Daily coordination support with PR agencies
Supporting implementation of CSR campaigns, sponsoring activities
Supporting coordination of company PR events with peer departments
Daily news monitoring and evaluation of media reports
Administrative tasks

Requirements:

Full-time student in final year of BSc or higher
Minimum 20 working hours/ week
Minimum 12 months working contract
Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
Fluent English skills
User level MS skills
Can do attitude, proactivity, open-mindedness
