We are looking for a team leader to drive and coordinate Quantum and Invoice-to-Pay Project Support Team within MOL’s dynamic treasury operations. This is a strategic role where you will lead a motivated team and contribute to projects shaping the future of payment and treasury solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Quantum & Invoice-to-Pay project support team
Oversee project plans, schedules, and reporting
Act as the main contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and quality
Drive process improvements and implement best practices
Prepare management reports and provide strategic insights
Oversee daily operation of the Payment platform and Treasury Management System
Support month-end and year-end closing activities for accurate financial reporting
Handle audit requests and provide necessary documentation as required

Requirements:

University degree in economics
Proven experience in treasury area
Strong English skills (written & spoken)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
