Develop product line strategies and manage both organic and inorganic growth initiatives that align with MOL Group Chemicals’ strategic goals.
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and early-stage business assessments to support strategic projects, due diligence, and decision-making.
Lead idea generation initiatives, evaluate technical and commercial business proposals, and identify new opportunities along the value chain—building robust, data-backed business cases.
Define project charters and scope, develop resource and project management plans, and ensure completeness of business cases.
Guide cross-functional project teams, actively manage project risks, define risk response plans, and ensure risk acceptance criteria are in place.
Maintain high-quality project documentation, capture lessons learned, and support the development of MOL Group’s project management culture.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives, share insights, and drive collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

BSc/MSc in Economics, Business, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5+ years in strategy, business development, consulting, or a fast-paced analytical environment.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in project management, cross-functional team coordination, and stage-gate processes.
Knowledge of the chemicals/downstream value chain is a plus.
