You’ll work on both traditional oil & gas and green energy transformation projects, gaining insight into how strategic choices are made at a company level. By supporting senior E&P leaders and coordinating across teams, you’ll strengthen your analytical, communication, and project management skills — all while contributing to the future direction of the MOL Group’s energy portfolio.
What are the daily tasks?
Facilitate the internal decision-making process (Stage Gate – the international best practice process for capital decision making) for the assigned investment programs;
Coordinate between various stakeholder groups to ensure project delivery;
Support submission of investment decisions to senior management levels and ensure constant dialogue with relevant senior stakeholders;
Support project managers in the preparation of investment related proposals and by ensuring timely budget approvals;
Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of the Stage Gate process in order to streamline the decision making.
Who We’re looking for?
Educational Background
You have a University or College degree (at least B.Sc.) in Economics, Finance, Organization & Management or Petroleum engineering.
Professional Experience
Confident and proven practical - at least 2 years of experience in corporate investment advisory or related roles.
Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Self-starter, proactive attitude.
Structured way of thinking and good problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage tasks autonomously.
Confident MS Excel and PPT skills.
Advantage: Experience in project management and / or energy sector is a distinct advantage
