End-User Support Service in Hungary is looking for a Junior/Medior End-User Support Engineer to support the office in Budapest on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Budapest office
Ensure that equipment, documentation, and processes are properly maintained and accessible
Assist clients with resolving IT-related problems and inquiries
Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of IT assets efficiently and cost-effectively
Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of the end-user support service
Apply ITIL or other ITSM principles to support asset management and service processes
Provide remote support for colleagues across Hungary as needed
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a support users or related role
Understanding of basic hardware, software, and networking principles
Novice to intermediate troubleshooting skills for operating systems, hardware, and network issues
Knowledge of asset management and IT service management concepts, such as ITIL or similar tools
Experience supporting end users in IT-related environments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher
