Group Retail Maintenance Expert
About the Role
Join MOL Group’s dynamic retail team and help shape the future of maintenance excellence across our network of over 2,000 service stations in 10 countries. As a Group Retail Maintenance Expert, you will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and continuously improving maintenance and asset management processes to ensure operational continuity and compliance with Group standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of annual and long-term maintenance plans (CAPEX & OPEX).
- Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with local teams in line with Group standards and local regulations.
- Develop and update maintenance procedures, checklists, and technical documentation.
- Monitor asset performance using KPIs; prepare reports and support benchmarking.
- Assist in the operation of maintenance-related IT systems (e.g., CMMS, ERP).
- Participate in supplier evaluations and contract renewals.
- Provide technical input for equipment and technology tenders.
- Track and escalate maintenance issues and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate maintenance feedback into asset design.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and HSE-related maintenance activities.
Requirements
- University or college degree in civil, mechanical or architectural engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facility management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong skills in project management, cost and value engineering, and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally across CEE & SEE.
