We are seeking a Middle End-User Support Engineer to join our team, providing on-site and remote support for the Budapest office and colleagues across Hungary.
You will play a key role in maintaining the IT infrastructure and assisting clients with IT-related issues. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of our end-user support service. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Budapest office
- Ensure that equipment, documentation, and processes are properly maintained and accessible
- Assist clients with resolving IT-related problems and inquiries
- Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of IT assets efficiently and cost-effectively
- Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of the end-user support service
- Apply ITIL or other ITSM principles to support asset management and service processes
- Provide remote support for colleagues across Hungary as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a support users or related role
- Understanding of basic hardware, software, and networking principles
- Novice to intermediate troubleshooting skills for operating systems, hardware, and network issues
- Knowledge of asset management and IT service management concepts, such as ITIL or similar tools
- Experience supporting end users in IT-related environments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher
