We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team in Szeged.

Responsibilities

Coordinate medical check-ups locally
Assist in organizing and delivering events in Szeged
Attend events in person and handle administrative tasks
Organize personnel documents and maintain personnel folders
Register labor and tax allowance-related documents (scanning, filing, archiving)
Maintain contact with the payroll company and provide necessary data
Coordinate vacation workflow, review documentation, and share data with responsible teams
Manage Cafeteria documentation
Control HR-related employee benefits in internal systems
Perform background checks for employees
Maintain employee data and update the database
Oversee HR-related posts
Support event organization and execution
Prepare materials and logistics for events
Complete other assigned administrative tasks from management

Requirements

Active full-time student status (nappali tagozat), preferably in an HR-related faculty
Be able to work 20 hours per week
Fluent in written and spoken English and Hungarian
Experience in general administrative tasks, preferably in HR administration
Precise work and team player attitude
Good time management skills, with the ability to keep to deadlines
Ability to work independently
User-level computer skills
