About the Internship
Are you curious about how millions of customers are rewarded—and how their experience is personalized across countries? Join us as a Loyalty Product Owner Intern and help shape the roadmap of our digital rewards program.
You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to support delivery, plan campaigns, and explore AI-driven personalization. This is a learning-focused, hands-on role where you’ll coordinate Jira/backlog, assist sprint ceremonies, and help turn insights into action.

Main Tasks
Keep our Jira tickets and backlog organized and up to date – ensuring items are clearly described, prioritized, and tracked
Support sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives), capturing actions and follow-ups to keep squads running smoothly
Assist in designing personalized customer journeys and trigger logic with marketing and data teams
Analyze campaign performance across 8 countries using dashboards, translate findings into insights, and suggest improvements
Coordinate campaign roll-outs – aligning timelines, collecting assets, answering questions, and tracking readiness
Support pilots, MVPs, A/B tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Identify growth opportunities through personalization, define analysis scope, run evaluations, and recommend next steps
Be an active part of the team culture – join rituals, collaborate across squads, and contribute to a positive working environment
What You Bring
Active student status in Business, Marketing, Data, IT, or a related field
Availability for ~30 hours/week
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Organized and proactive – able to manage backlog, follow up on actions, and support delivery rituals
Comfortable working with dashboards and KPIs, and translating data into clear suggestions
Interest in loyalty, personalization, and AI-driven approaches (e.g., segmentation, next-best-action, send-time optimization)
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
