People Governance & HR Project Specialist

As a People Governance & HR Project Specialist, you’ll coordinate key people initiatives and governance processes across the group. You’ll help make sure strategic decisions turn into real actions, and that our People agenda keeps moving forward — from monthly operational meetings to executive-level reviews and People Summits.
You’ll work closely with senior HR leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to create clear agendas, follow up on commitments, and maintain transparent governance dashboards — while building strong connections that make collaboration seamless.
People Governance & HR Project Specialist
We count on you in these tasks
  • Act as a central contact point for governance matters, facilitating information flow between Group HR leadership and other people functions.
  • Coordinate the Group People calendar — including monthly operational meetings, People Summits, and quarterly reviews.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, pre-reads, and action logs, ensuring decisions are clear and commitments delivered.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPI tracking, giving visibility on progress toward Group People priorities.
  • Support the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations.
You are welcome to apply if you have
  • Higher education in finance, human resources, law or psychology is preferred
  • Proficiency in English at a business level, both written and spoken
  • At least 4-5 years relevant experience in HR
  • Comfort working in an international environment
  • Proficiency in presentation techniques and executive summary preparation
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Excel dashboards.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset — you take ownership and follow through.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at senior levels.
