JOIN US, IF YOU ARE READY TO:
  • Lead a team of 6-8 direct / indirect reports by KPIs and target settings, evaluate annual people cycle with improvement plans and feedbacks, resource planning and optimization.
  • Contribute to the definition of targets for the Exploration & Production sourcing organization aligned with the global and divisional business/procurement objectives.
  • Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on target achievement based on KPIs; decide on necessary actions based on comparison of target and actual.
  • Be accountable for the professional sourcing activities within E&P procurement.
  • Be accountable for creation, maintenance and execution of annual procurement plan and consolidate procurement planning across categories within division
  • Participate directly and/or indirectly in negotiations of highly significant, critical contracts.
  • Be accountable for quality handover of contracts and action plans for supply chain management.
  • Be accountable with category management and SCM organization to ensure that the sourcing organization fully contributes to the implementation and execution of category strategies; accountable for the execution of the annual procurement plan.
  • Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers regarding the sourcing performance, provide support to category management.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, IF YOU:
  • Have University/College degree in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
  • Already gained 5-8 years of procurement/sourcing experience
  • Have at least 3 years leadership experience with direct reports
  • Interested about oil and gas industry, engineering, construction, strategic materials and equipment procurement
  • E&P related technical and/or market knowledge in an advantage but not a must
  • Are able to think in „big-picture”
  • Have strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Speak Hungarian and English fluently
  • Are a proficient user of MS Office
  • Are a basic user of SAP and e-Procurement/e-Commerce systems
  • Are willing to travel between subsidiaries
