Lead strategic sourcing and tender processes for large-scale projects within the assigned category group, ensuring successful contracting and alignment with business objectives. Drive procurement excellence across operating companies by implementing category strategies and applying best practices to deliver optimal results at a group level.

Prepare and present status reports on sourcing activities while ensuring the achievement of defined objectives and savings targets.
Proactively address issues and maintain transparent communication with leadership.
Foster strong collaboration across departments to support procurement goals.
Lead and support the selection, development, and promotion of team members.
Contribute to annual procurement planning and category strategy execution by providing local insights and monitoring market trends.
Manage tender processes, participate in evaluation committees, and support contract negotiations and implementation.
Handle complex complaints and claims, including liquidated damages, and act as the escalation point for supplier-related incidents.
Support project procurement activities, including the planning and execution of Long Lead Items (LLIs)

We are looking for you, if you:

Have University/College degree in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
Already gained 6 years of procurement/sourcing experience
Have at least 3 years leadership experience with direct reports
Interested about oil and gas industry, engineering, construction, strategic materials and equipment procurement
Have strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills
Speak Hungarian and English fluently
Are a proficient user of MS Office
Are a basic user of SAP and e-Procurement/e-Commerce systems
Are willing to travel between subsidiaries and have B Category Driving License
