International Mobility Manager
Purpose of the position
Design, manage and control on MOL Group level the International Mobility area including assignment and localization processes as well as any other cross-boarding acitivity processes, international taxation®ulations and intercompany cross-charging.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, continuous improvement and control of the Group level International Mobility Management Policies.
- Ensures International Mobility Management related compensation structures follow international best practices considering the specific needs of MOL Group.
- Ensures International Mobility Management Policies consider the operative labor laws of affected countries where MOL has subsidiaries/interests and coordinates alignment with country authorities or local Group counterparts.
- Design and manage internal issue management and internal business Controls, perform continuous gap analyzes and provides constructive International Mobility Management Solutions that are managed until implementation.
- Manage and control vendor Services related to International Mobility Management, ensures effective contracts signed and roles and responsibilities are agreed between MOL and 3rd party companies, related financials and billings are documented and controlled.
- Design and control taxation and cost cross-charging systems related to International Mobility Management.
- Design and manage International Mobility Management related financial and operational reporting system to MOL Group management.
- Responsible for people management of the International Mobility Management department
Qualifications
- College/University degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in international mobility, min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Solid understanding of international mobility strategies and processes (including international taxation guidelines), diagnosis of development needs, knowledge of policy design and execution
- Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to design and implement mobility solutions
- Customer centricity, collaboration and stakeholder management, open and clear written and verbal communication, assertiveness, results orientation, ability to independently manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, growth mindset
- Fluent in English
