We’re growing our Design Studio in Hungary and are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join our team!
We’re looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking — someone who can shape UX strategies that seamlessly connect user journeys, business goals, user needs, and technology.

Responsibilities
Translate complex ideas and UX concepts into clear, engaging narratives, supported by strategic thinking, research, data, and business understanding
Be able to design, run, and moderate client workshops
Set high-quality UX design standards for web, mobile applications, and immersive experiences
Manage client expectations, present and articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs based on client and stakeholder input
Experiment with and apply AI tools to improve the effectiveness of the design process
Implement and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all components and deliverables
Create prototypes to effectively communicate ideas
Keep abreast of industry developments, and in the current climate, be fully immersed in AI and what it has to offer design professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including visual designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers
Guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment to support their skill development
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Arts, Visual Design, or a related field, or relevant training
5+ years of experience in design, ideally in an agency setting, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX, product design, and conceptual design skills
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and design systems
Interaction and visual design literacy – while primarily a UX designer, have an empathetic understanding of visual design
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (or similar tools)
Ability to independently manage projects, meet deadlines, and work methodically in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and openness to diverse approaches
Systems thinker (E2E thinking) capable of connecting the dots across multiple dimensions, including user journeys, information architecture, and ecosystem dependencies
Expert-level proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, design rationale, and strategic thinking in both written and verbal communication
