**Global Medical Advisor (Women's Health)

Position summary

The Medical Advisor contributes to the development of medical strategy and provides medical input and medical guidance ensuring support for pipeline shaping in the given therapeutic area. He/she is responsible for establishing and maintaining medical and scientific dialogue with multiple internal & external stakeholders, including external experts, key opinion/thought leaders and development partners.

Therapeutic field: Women’s Healthcare

Your responsibilities

You bring in-depth knowledge of development projects and related therapeutic areas, including follow-up of standard of care, unmet medical need, regulatory guidelines, reports, opinions, precedents and competitors
You will participate in the development of global medical strategy and Women’s Health portfolio development, making proposals for pipeline expansion
You will take part in the preparation of clinical development plans and planning of clinical trials
You will perform medical expert tasks in the analysis of clinical trials
As a Global Medical Advisor you will liaison with external experts and partners, professional consultation on development projects
Medical assessment of the candidate product in licensing projects, including medical potential, medical-regulatory considerations and results of tests performed
You will represent our medical and clinical development aspects in decision-making processes

What you bring to Richter

Medical OR pharmaceutical university degree
Work experience gained in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar medical role (at least 3-5 years of relevant experience)
Hands-on experience in developing global medical strategy and product portfolio
Excellent command of English language, English is our working language
Ability to critically evaluate the scientific literature and data
Good process approach and synthesizing ability
