HRIS Project Expert
Purpose of the Role
As our HRIS Project Expert, you’ll be at the heart of MOL Group’s HR systems operations, leading SuccessFactors-related developments and acting as a vital bridge between HR and IT. You’ll ensure our systems run smoothly, evolve with business needs, and deliver exceptional user experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- System Operations & Support:
Maintain SuccessFactors from a security and user access perspective. Act as the primary escalation point for functional issues and manage defect/enhancement lifecycles. - Build strong relationships with HR experts, IT teams, and external vendors. Manage functional operations including configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate HR IT implementation projects. Translate HR needs into system requirements and ensure successful rollouts of new functionalities.
- Monitor HR IT trends, propose system improvements, and identify synergies across platforms. Share knowledge and best practices within the HR community.
- Provide training and act as the first point of contact for SuccessFactors-related issues. Ensure continuous education and support for end-users.
What You’ll Bring
- BSc or MSc in Economics, Engineering, or IT
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HR configuration/development
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, customer-centric mindset, ability to work across cultures and virtual teams
- Strong ownership and prioritization skills, collaborative and solution-oriented approach
- Microsoft Office, SAP HR and other HR platforms, SuccessFactors (Master user level)
- Full professional proficiency in English
