The Business Support is a group level international organization and essential part of the daily operation. You will have the possibility to keep your finger on the pulse of business. In this role various tasks will keep you engaged throughout the day, working closely with Finance, Corporate Communication, HR, Investor Relation and other functional units. Furthermore, you can acquire complete and extensive knowledge about Energy sector and can gain useful relationships with E&P (Exploration and Production) Top Management and other organizations as well.

Your impact will be:

Decision support:

Prepare comprehensive analyses and reports based on E&P Management requests to support business decisions in line with corporate strategy
Deliver regular – weekly, monthly, quarterly – top management reports for consecutive tracking and evaluating of business KPIs

Business Operation:

Manage regular and non-regular E&P top management business meetings preparatory works and relating processes
Participate in Group level annual business planning process within E&P in collaboration with international subsidiaries and E&P Finance
Coordinate Group E&P level regulations in line with Corporate Governance principles

Corporate Communication and Engagement:

Support the external investor and stock exchange communication within E&P division, in cooperation with Investor Relations department
Design and launch cross functional events to enhance collaboration and engagement within Upstream group

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in Economics / Social Sciences / Petroleum Engineering.
Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge in management support, consultancy, financial analysis, project management or related field.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,
Confident MS Office, especially PPT skills.
Mindset & Interpersonal skills:
You are able to manage complex tasks in time and of high quality,
You should be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders,
In order to be successful in this position you need to be in possession of self-confident appearance, exceptional initiative, assertiveness and talent for collaboration across departments and countries.
Nice to Have: Experience in the oil as gas industry.
