Fuel Card Central HUB Coordinator
This is a fixed-term position for a duration of 2 years.
SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
Coordinate the Internal Services team across the HUB region and act as process owner for card management activities. Drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality service delivery, and continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
MAIN TASKS:
- Coordinate card-related activities of the Internal Services team across the HUB region, ensuring smooth operations and high service quality.
- Monitor and improve process KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate collaboration between Internal Services, Sales Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure aligned and efficient card services.
- Organize and deliver trainings to maintain high knowledge levels and operational excellence across teams.
- Own and continuously optimize card management processes, including card production and data handling, across all supported countries.
- Maintain and update group-level process documentation and support country-specific adaptations.
- Identify and lead automation initiatives in cooperation with IT to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.
- Act as business-side coordinator in incident and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Support business development projects, act as process gatekeeper during IT handovers, and contribute to regulatory compliance.
- Participate in employee evaluation and target-setting processes, supporting the Internal Services Manager in HUB region leadership tasks.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in payment processing, fuel card management, or master data management
- Strong results orientation and collaboration skills
- Experience in people coordination and process ownership
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Office 365 and internal systems (FCMS, FCBC, OCC)
