Join our Group Exploration and Production (E&P) Commercial team in a key role where you’ll lead MOL Group’s production commercial and joint venture activities. From strategic proposals and market analyses to high-level negotiations, your work will drive key decisions across E&P international portfolio, including central and eastern Europe, former Soviet Union, and Middle East/North African regions.

Your impact will be:

Shape MOL Group’s growth by structuring and negotiating key Exploration and Production (E&P) commercial agreements and joint venture deals.
Drive strategic decisions through market research, analyses, and innovative commercial initiatives that unlock new value.
Act as a trusted partner for business units, functions, and leadership, ensuring alignment across headquarters and OpCos.
Enable informed decision-making by preparing impactful proposals, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
Contribute to business development and efficiency improvements, influencing the future of MOL’s E&P commercial operations.

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in economics or law.
Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge in joint venture management and commercial agreement management in the oil and gas industry, specially in the Upstream devision.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,
Proven experience in drafting or implementing commercial agreements,
Good commercial understanding and financial acumen,
Confident MS Office skills,
Considering international exposure, knowledge of other languages relevant to areas of operations is a plus (Russian, Turkish, Arabic).
Mindset & Interpersonal skills:
Team player with focus on alignment and cooperation,
Capability of handling multinational projects and teams,
Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills,
Deep understanding of partner management,
