From concept design and regulatory approval to execution and post-project evaluation, your work will influence the economic value and sustainability of Hungary’s geothermal energy portfolio.

Accelerating Hungary’s geothermal energy transition by turning complex project concepts into economically viable, technically sound solutions that align with MOL Group’s 2030+ strategy.
Maximizing long-term value creation through rigorous post-project evaluations, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement of future developments.
Shaping the future energy portfolio by identifying and initiating new geothermal opportunities—organic or inorganic—that expand MOL’s sustainable energy footprint.
Ensuring project excellence by safeguarding technical integrity, financial discipline, and timely execution across all phases of development.
Driving strategic decision-making by delivering clear, actionable analyses of CAPEX performance, technical risks, and economic feasibility that inform leadership and investment forums.

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in technical/ engineering fields.
Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge in leading end-to-end geothermal/ renewable energy / industrial or district heating projects.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian,
Good commercial understanding and financial acumen,
Proven coordination and leadership skills managing project teams,
Proven project management skills,
Confident MS Office skills.
