Responsibilities
Elicit requirements (using different techniques)
Define Business Goals, Needs and Objectives
Identify improvement opportunities for product, process and a team
Plan Business Analysis, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (artifacts templates, documents structure, process flow, etc.) at multi-stream or large-scale projects
Create a stakeholder engagement approach and monitor in order to keep them actively involved in the delivery process
Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
Choose new or adapt existing requirements' documentation framework to project needs
Select the requirements change management approach and ensure the correct level of traceability to support it
Align solution with business Goals / Needs / Objectives
Plan BA activities and facilitate during the Discovery phase
Manage project/product backlog
Advise and align the requirements prioritization approach at all levels
Play the BA Team Lead role in the project
Conduct Technical Interviews for BA positions
Mentor or coach other BAs within the project team or organization
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant BA experience with expertise in creating various types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements)
Proven ability to guide elicitation activities in multi-stream or large-scale projects and resolve inconsistencies in project/product requirements
Experience in planning the Business Analysis Approach and facilitating communication while creating/adapting templates tailored to the project
Acquaintance with stakeholder communication techniques (e.g., workshops, meetings, interviews) across various levels for streamlined collaboration
Strong experience with Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) and classic methodologies (e.g., RUP) while proposing and influencing software development processes
Skilled in scope management, including expertise in controlling scope creep and handling project/product scope effectively
Ability to guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management) and assess BA/project-related risks accurately
Proficiency in creating diagrams using tools like UML and BPMN, along with advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (e.g., Jira, Target Process, Rally)
Fast learner, capable of acquiring new information about projects, products, and domains quickly from diverse sources
Experience in BA effort estimation (including large-scale projects), modeling, and prototyping, as well as mentoring/coaching BA teams or leading a team of BAs
Expertise in arranging and facilitating effective stakeholder coordination using a wide variety of techniques
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills with a product mindset to deliver value-added solutions
Advanced communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills to support both team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Proven experience in project/business analysis, risk assessment, management, and mitigation planning
English proficiency at a C1 level
