About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of our most impactful digital initiatives. You’ll report directly to the Head of Engineering and take ownership of delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership across internal squads and external vendors.
This role is ideal for someone who has built and led teams. Whether you come from IT delivery, program management, engineering leadership, or IT consulting, if you’ve helped shape long-term delivery success, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of 20+ experts, including internal colleagues, contractors, and vendor partners
  • Build roadmaps, plan and manage delivery across multiple squads and initiatives
  • Own and evolve the delivery methodology for Digital Factory Engineering squads
  • Coordinate cross-squad activities and manage dependencies
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across MOL Group and external partners
  • Track progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Facilitate go-live and release management activities
  • Resolve delivery risks and issues, and manage resource planning
  • Champion a collaborative, agile, DevOps and software engineering culture
About Your Experience and Skills
Education
  • University or college degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
  • Master’s is a plus
  • SAFe 5 Agilist, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 7-10 years in IT and software delivery, program management, or IT consulting roles
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital solutions
Professional Skills
  • Strong understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Experience in contract management and vendor coordination
  • Strong leadership and talent development capabilities
  • Comfortable working in multivendor and remote team environments
  • Experience in transformation programs and scalable delivery frameworks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA (+Big Picture), Confluence, and MS Project
Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking, planning, coordination, and execution abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Clear and confident communicator across all levels
  • Process-oriented with a sharp eye for detail
