Group Fuels Operator (maternity cover)

MOL Group Downstream Fuels organization is looking for a
GROUP FUELS OPERATOR
We are looking for a new colleague who is open for challenges and would like to understand how a product deals become reality; from contracting through physical delivery to invoicing.
This role can be highly rewarding but in exchange it requires strong focus on details, good communication, excellent problem-solving skills and resilience.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The purpose of the position is to **contribute to the operational execution of Fuel deals from the contracting till the invoice verification representing MOL's interests in all aspects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Conducts KYC (Know Your Counterparty) reports and handles Master Data Management processes.
  • Manages contracting with Partners and relevant internal stakeholders, registers contracts in internal databases.
  • Follow-up **credit needs, contribute to preparation of credit instructions, submit credit details to admin/treasury, ensure credit facility in good order.
  • Liaise with Treasury, Fiscal and Legal departments.
  • Supports the preparation of **logistics scheduling.
  • Supports invoicing process with **price calculations and alignment with Partner.
  • Supports **inventory management in cooperation with Traders and functional units.
  • Ensures traceability of business results, maintains databases and prepares necessary reports towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • **Transfer price documentation preparation.
  • Tracks the cooperation with business Partners: monitoring the physical and financial fulfilment of contracts, tracking the turnover and outstanding, handling claims and issues.
  • Contributing to process development, knowledge sharing within Fuels Operations team.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS:
  • University Degree (BSC/MSC in Economics or Engineering)
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce system
  • Advanced written and fluent verbal English level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of precision
  • Agile, open-minded attitude
