PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The purpose of the position is to **contribute to the operational execution of Fuel deals from the contracting till the invoice verification representing MOL's interests in all aspects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Conducts KYC (Know Your Counterparty) reports and handles Master Data Management processes.
Manages contracting with Partners and relevant internal stakeholders, registers contracts in internal databases.
Follow-up **credit needs, contribute to preparation of credit instructions, submit credit details to admin/treasury, ensure credit facility in good order.
Liaise with Treasury, Fiscal and Legal departments.
Supports the preparation of **logistics scheduling.
Supports invoicing process with **price calculations and alignment with Partner.
Supports **inventory management in cooperation with Traders and functional units.
Ensures traceability of business results, maintains databases and prepares necessary reports towards internal and external stakeholders.
**Transfer price documentation preparation.
Tracks the cooperation with business Partners: monitoring the physical and financial fulfilment of contracts, tracking the turnover and outstanding, handling claims and issues.
Contributing to process development, knowledge sharing within Fuels Operations team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS:

University Degree (BSC/MSC in Economics or Engineering)
1+ years of relevant work experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Experience with Salesforce system
Advanced written and fluent verbal English level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of precision
Agile, open-minded attitude
