We are looking for a People Experience Specialist who will support EMEA-wide people programs and projects. The role is for a subject matter expert dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture by designing and driving employee engagement strategies, managing end-to-end engagement surveys, analysing feedback to uncover actionable insights, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that address employee needs, improve satisfaction, and strengthen EPAM engagement. The specialist will act as a trusted partner to regional People teams and business leaders, ensuring alignment with broader company goals while addressing local nuances. By prioritising connection, communication, and employee well-being, the People Experience Specialist will support the creation of a unified, inclusive, and thriving workplace across the EMEA region. The role requires a smart, capable, self-motivated, and hard-working professional who is ready to prove themselves in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee engagement surveys, including design, distribution, and analysis of results
Analyse survey data and feedback to identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
Design and implement employee engagement strategies aiming to improve satisfaction and foster connection across the EMEA region
Collaborate closely with People Teams and business leaders to align employee experience initiatives with company goals and local nuances
Drive communication plans that promote transparency and encourage an open and inclusive workplace culture
Support the development and execution of EMEA-wide people programs through innovative ideas and project management capabilities
Act as a trusted advisor on fostering employee engagement, offering creative solutions to address challenges
Ensure adherence to confidentiality and manage sensitive data discreetly while maintaining employee trust
Create and maintain meaningful relationships across diverse teams to build a collaborative and cohesive work environment
Apply a data-driven mindset to monitor KPIs and measure the impact of employee engagement efforts
Requirements
Experience in People Team or HR generalist role or business partner
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting engagement metrics
Creative problem-solving and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Has at least a working proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability and desire to learn to work with new functionalities, tools and technologies
Higher degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, will be beneficial
Discretion when supporting activities and handling sensitive data
Interest in big data, research, business intelligence and data science are an advantage
EPAM working language is English. The successful candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English
