Join our Corporate Communication team as a
Campus Event Coordinator.
Event Coordinator supports the Campus and Event Management team, acting as liaison between event requestors and facilities. Responsible for overseeing event set-ups, ensuring alignment with MOL’s business goals and communication needs. For Campus events, serves as first point of contact for guests, creating a professional and welcoming company image.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
MOL Campus – Event & Visitor Centre Responsibilities:
- Manage external conference requests and Campus room bookings.
- Organise site visits and assess equipment, technical and catering needs.
- Request supplier proposals and run tenders for events.
- Coordinate room setup, technical support, catering, and event-day logistics.
- Liaise with internal departments (AMS, Security, HSE) and subcontractors (B+N).
- Maintain the Campus events calendar, documentation, invoicing, and contracts.
- Oversee events in conference rooms, public/business areas, and offices.
- Ensure maintenance of conference facilities.
Visitor Centre:
- Manage group tour requests and coordination.
- Operate the [Mutasd] ticketing system, including changes and exceptions.
- Administer discount vouchers with partner departments and Treasury.
- Coordinate maintenance of the Visitor Centre and sky deck.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES, PERSONALITY:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 years of professional experience preferably in event service, customer service.
- Native Hungarian and fluent English knowledge.
- Professional use of Microsoft Office.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and some holidays necessary.
- Friendly, outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
