We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our team in Hungary. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable full-stack applications using PHP and Angular. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, along with a strong foundation in software engineering best practices and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, system and testing engineers throughout development phases to ensure UI integrity
Work with customers and content editors to implement desired functionality
Provide time estimates for layout and development tasks
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Document implementations and project work
Follow quality standards and contribute ideas to the QA team
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and lead technical meetings
Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices

Requirements

5+ years of relevant full-stack development experience
Advanced knowledge of PHP and experience with Symfony
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Angular
Strong experience in TDD, Unit testing, and performance testing
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS)
Understanding of application architectural patterns (microservices, microfrontend, BFF pattern)
Strong knowledge of OOP and Functional Programming paradigms
Good problem-solving and communication skills
English language proficiency at B2+ level
