We are looking for a Node.js Developer to join our team in Budapest.

You will play a key role in building back-end Micro-services and REST APIs while ensuring high-quality software development practices. If you are eager to work in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and maintain code
Build back-end Micro-services and REST APIs
Implement test-driven development and conduct unit testing
Perform performance testing and optimization
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
Follow best practices, including continuous integration and unit testing
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to ensure agile development
Engage in estimation and planning sessions with the team

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development
Experience with Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Dedication to high-quality software development through conventions, maintainability and testing
Experience in developing applications and Microservices, REST APIs and Swagger
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Attention to detail in coding and design

Nice to have

Experience with NestJS framework
Hands-on experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
Experience in front-end development interacting with REST APIs
