Are you ready to take your career to the next level? MOL Plc. is seeking a Senior Finance Professional to join our Downstream Finance team, supporting high-impact decision-making and driving financial excellence across the organization.

What will be your main responsibilities? 🚀

Lead the Group Downstream Performance Management Finance team (6 prs), acting as a strategic partner to Group Finance and Downstream top management.
Oversee the allocation of tasks and resources to ensure top-quality financial support through proactive and on-demand analysis, business case preparation, and comprehensive decision-making tools.
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of Group-level financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Play a key role in business planning and forecasting, including target-setting and evaluation.
Serve as the primary owner of key finance-related methodologies, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
Lead the preparation and delivery of ad-hoc financial analyses to support Group Downstream and Finance Management decisions.

What we expect from you:

University or college degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
10+ years of experience in finance, controlling, performance management, and experience in leadership roles.
Proven people management skills and experience leading expert-level teams.
Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and decision-support experience.
High-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools.
A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
